Khargul looked out over the edge of the airship. He could see the mountain range beginning to disappear over the horizon. Judging by the distance he would be back in Talarra before tomorrow.
It had been four days since Khargul, the new Thaga Councillor for the Council of Equals, set off for the Ghasha tribe where he grew up. It had been several weeks since he had given his word to Karka Satt that he would visit the shaman of the tribe for guidance in detainting the newly recaptured Granvik. The trip to the Ghasha tribe had been a success. The shaman was still alive and he had the wisdom they needed.
The Ghasha Shaman.
Khargul looked at the crates full of dirt and grass. They had been tainted when they were first loaded onto the ship back in Whitehold. This was proof that it would be possible to detaint Granvik after all!
The shaman had, of course, refused to return on the ship with Khargul. A tribe without a shaman is a delicate matter. No, the shaman would not leave unless the Talarrans proved to the tribe they were worth saving. Perhaps if Khargul could convince the citizens of Talarra to come celebrate a day of Gnak-kukar with the tribe then the shaman would be convinced to lend aid to Granvik.
Gnak-kukar. The day of two tribes. Khargul wondered at the ancient tradition where two tribes would work together for a full day as a single unit. This was how Thaga tribes first (and still to this day) allied together.
The mountains finally vanished over the horizon. He would reach Whitehold soon enough.
OOC INFO
Date: Friday, May 11th
Time: 5pm EST until 7pm EST
Place: Airship outside of Whitehold's gate
Khargul's old tribe, Ghasha, has a shaman who can help us learn to detaint an area (Granvik).
We will be meeting to take the airship together to the Ghasha tribe found in Thaga lands! Come meet the tribe (played by the admins/mods) and live with the Thaga for a day. If we can prove to them we are worth allying with they will help us detaint Granvik.
Please note! This event is a unique roleplay event. Those who come late will not be able to participate in the event. We will only have the airship port ONCE there and ONCE back before we set it up like the Viventor port. Make sure you bring food, weapons, armor, and any other item you feel your character would take with them on a trip.
