The military falls under direct supervision of the Trivector Prime. These ranks report directly to the Trivector and are promoted by him, or his Legate. The primary function of the standing paramilitary is for protection of the guild and its members. Other functions include exploration and acquisition of magic artifacts for the guild. Its ranks are elite, and they do not easily accept members.
[This section is non-commissioned and proposed by the Trivector Prime for approval]

Rank II. Praetorian Guard
Rank III. Centurion
Rank IV. Veteran
Rank V. Officer
Rank VI. Legionnaire
Rank VII. Scout
Rank VIII. Recruit
Rank IX. Conscript
Title V - Statuses
Status I. Undesirable - Someone who has violated the laws of the guild or region. This status can only be removed by the Ambassador through a Pardon. Not all crimes may be pardoned, and some may be subject to summary execution. Please be aware of your local regional laws regarding lawful executions and local branch policy regarding execution for tenant violations.
Status II. Inneumerated Status - Guard, Enforcer, Ironmelder
Inneumerated ranks do not fall within the normal chain of command within the guild and operate mostly independently, however they are unwaveringly loyal to the Trivector. These security ranks are immune to guild punishment for breaking the law, IF they acted in the best interests of the guild. We will not delay regional authorities, however. They often hold normal ranks in the guild which will be displayed in the form of Rank, Status, for example "Recruit, Guard Status" or "Educated, Enforcer Status"
Status III. Honorary Ranks - Under special circumstances an Ambassador in good standing may recognize a non-member with an immediate title and increase of guild privilege, despite the person not being a member of the guild. This rank will confer all the privileged of joining and rank, without any requirements or punishments for violations of tenants because they are not officially in the employ of the guild. Due to these limitations, honorary ranks are often rare, if not entirely absent for many terms. Councilman do not need to be consulted for conferment of the position, however the Trivector must discuss with the Ambassador and submit an official report to the public.
Status IV. Founder Status/Foundational Status
This status is unique to the first five members. It confers all the benefits of the Inneumerated statuses. These members helped create the guild as we know it today, respect them. They are your elders regardless of current ranking. They will never be expelled from the guild, but may still gain notoriety, or undesirable status.
Status V. Foundational Councilman
These members are drawn from the founders. All founding members receive this status. This means they are able to rule with the council IF they are online DURING a vote, UNLESS their vote would otherwise lead to a tie.
Title VI - Rules and Regulations
[Those with Inneumerated statuses or honorary positions are not bound by these tenants]
This section dictates formal rules for all branches. Your local or regional branch may have additional provisions, please speak with the highest ranking member residing at the guildhall.
I. Do not steal from anyone within the guild.
II. Do not kill anyone in the guild, even if you have a warrant.
III. Do not practice active necromancy, except during emergencies.

XI. You must concede your home dwelling to the guild*
[This is a precautionary in case of attack. We are not requiring that you secede ownership of the property, only a willingness to use it for official guild business, whether it be a time of need or a more casual meeting]
XII. The rules and regulations may only be changed with a Councilitory vote. Anyone Educated or Above may submit policy to the Ambassador, who will consider it for vote by the councilmen.

In addition, should Mr Rayne be unavailable, the current chain of command would make you our ranking paramilitary defense.
5. Jake English of Alder, Educated (Lowest available for teaching), No Current Status as Instructor Status has not yet been defined, Pending in game. PM for Councilman rank if interested.
